At this time of the year we usually have lots of Harvest assemblies and collections; however, due to the current
circumstances things have to be slightly different this year. Our friends and families are always incredibly generous
and we do not want to stop helping others, especially at this crucial time.
Therefore, as part of the year 6 community link project to support the local community we would like to ask you to
donate any non-perishable food items, such as tinned fruit and vegetables, packets of pastas and bottles of squash.
There will be a box on the school playground, until we break for the half-term, for any items you wish to donate,
small or large. The items will then be kept in school for a short period of time before being handed to a local Food
Bank.
