To help children understand the General Election that was held this week, we held our own! Each year group created a manifesto that was shared with the rest of the school during a special assembly on Thursday. All children had a vote for the special activity that they would like most to participate in today. KS1 voted to come to school in their pyjamas and KS2 chose to have a non-uniform day – a wonderful example of democracy in action!
