Sport is so important to keep us fit and healthy and to keep our minds active.
This week is school sports week. Normally we would have been taking part in a range of activities at school but this year you will be able to do these activities at home with your families.
Choose your daily activity and try to beat your personal best. There is a chart to fill in to record your achievements. Challenge yourself and your family. How far can you jump? How fast can you run? There are also extra activities to do on your class padlet.
