We know that being active is good for our physical health, but it can also improve sleep, concentration, our mood, social skills and our ability to learn. Therefore, it has never been more important for children to be physically active for the recommended average of 60 minutes each day. 

This pack includes simple games and activities that you can play at home with your families.
