A warm welcome back to the start of a new half term!
We hope you had a lovely half term and we cannot wait to welcome the children back and learn lots of new things about Superheroes.
Please ensure that both indoor and outdoor kits are available and please refer to the uniform policy to ensure the correct kit is worn.
For extended learning, your child will be expected to complete weekly tasks. These will be:
- Reading at home (at least 4 or more times) Your child has now received a reading book and a reading diary, please ensure that you sign the reading diary so we can see how many times your child has read, once the child has read the book we shall change it on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
- Extended Learning Grid (share work on the year group padlet)
- Year Group Bucket List (share activities on year group padlet)
Our Spring 2 term is all about “Superheroes” we will be looking at the “Supertato” series of stories and the picture book “Journey”. We will also be looking at the superheroes in our community and how to live a superhero healthy, active lifestyle.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact any of the Reception team.
